There was a news article that I read in a website that says something about the color to watch out for this 2010. It turns out that turquoise, my all time favorite color, is this year's shade du jour. I do not usually care that much for what are the latest and hottest trends, but I did appreciate the article.

I found some details that were true about the article. Yes, turquoise does remind me of going on a vacation. It basically reminds of clear skies and the refreshing waters of an ocean or even a pool. In fact, I have a turquoise pen that I scribble my paper writing ideas with. I also had the greatest fantasy of coloring my room into a nice turquoise shade, but my Goth rocker roommate decided against it. She says the color is too “happy” to make her relax and fall asleep easily, so we had a royal blue wall instead.

Needless to say, I love, love, LOVE turquoise.
